What is the return policy?
Please email us your reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Kindly note that returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.ayhamperfumes.com. All items must be unused, with labels attached, and returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or faulty, Ayham Perfumes will arrange a collection for the return at no additional cost.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Shipping Policy

We only ship orders within Iceland. We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances.
Orders with a shipping address outside Iceland will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time within Iceland is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

Our products are manufactured both locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
